SPECULATIVE PRIVATE RESIDENCE
St. George’s Hill, Surrey
Grosvenor House is a 14,000 sq ft
speculatively built private residence on the
prestigious St. George’s Hill estate.
Extreme was appointed for the kitchen, prep
kitchen, staff kitchen, and laundry room.
The kitchen design features a curved island
with bespoke stepped details that echo the
building’s architectural features. The result
is an elegant, contemporary kitchen with a
visual impact befitting of this distinguished
residence.
