The kitchen cabinetry is finished in a
combination of matte grey lacquer and
grey stained veneer. Inspired by the
appearance of lightening, delicate brass
inlays in a satin finish slice through the
veneer doors. Between each inlay, the
veneer is positioned at a slightly different
angle, creating a subtle patchwork effect.
Two columns coated in cracked bronze
cut through the surface of the kitchen
island, framing the bar area which
comfortably seats four people.
Angles and layers are present throughout
the kitchen design, inspired by the city
skyline. The layering of materials and
structures gives the kitchen depth and
intrigue, however the complementary
tones ensure that the design details do
not shout – instead the design slowly
unravels itself to you.
